In Stuck’s opinion, Signimals are the best—and certainly the prettiest—street stickers in Washington. For those who haven’t yet admired them, Signimals is a series of playfully arresting animal stickers affixed to the front of traffic signs across the city. Here are just a few of the twenty or so Signimals still living in the wild (you should look at more on the project’s Instagram):

The local artist behind these bestial beauties remains anonymous (which we obviously love). And now, they’ve gotten into the t-shirt game. Their new hyper-local apparel company, Teerritory, offers striking shirt designs celebrating DC neighborhoods and landmarks (their slogan is “wear you live”). So far, six shirts are available on Teerritory’s website for $22 a piece. They lovingly depict Petworth, Bloomingdale, Adams Morgan, Rock Creek Park, and both Meridian Hill and Malcolm X Park. And we’re told more are on the way.
